Who makes the tallow soaps sold by Nature HB?
Our tallow bar soaps are made by Miller’s Natural Products under its Naturally Back to Basics line in Amish Country, Ohio. Nature HB is the retailer and is wholly owned by Sani LLC.
What is the difference between lemongrass and unscented tallow soap?
Our lemongrass tallow soap contains essential oils for a light lemongrass scent. Our unscented tallow soap has no added fragrance. Both list tallow, coconut oil, water, sodium hydroxide (lye), and castor oil as their base ingredients. See the individual product pages for ingredient details.
How many bars are in each pack?
Choose a 3-pack containing three 4 oz bars (12 oz total) or a 12-pack containing twelve 4 oz bars (48 oz total). Select a pack on the product page to see its price and availability.
Are tallow soaps vegan?
No. Tallow is an animal-derived fat. Check each product’s ingredient list when shopping for a particular dietary or ingredient preference.
Why is sodium hydroxide listed in the ingredients?
Sodium hydroxide, also called lye, reacts with fats during saponification, the process that makes soap.
How should I store bar soap?
Use a draining soap dish and let the bar dry between uses. Avoid leaving it in standing water.
When will my order ship?
Orders ship within 3 business days. The Economy shipping option lists an estimated 5–8 business days in transit after dispatch. Processing time and transit time are separate. Read our shipping policy.
How much does shipping cost?
Economy shipping is $9 for orders up to $75.00 and free for orders of $75.01 or more, to eligible continental U.S. addresses. Available options and the final shipping charge appear at checkout.
Can I return an order?
Our return and refund policy explains the all-sales-final terms and the process for damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing orders. Contact support@naturehb.com within 7 days for damaged or incorrect items and include the requested photos.
Can I buy once instead of subscribing?
Products with subscription options also offer a one-time purchase choice. Review the purchase option and delivery frequency before adding an item to your cart. For help with an existing subscription, use Subscription management in your customer account or email support@naturehb.com.
